Both of our boilers have been ISO 9001 certified for a number of years, and since 2017 have completed the certification without comments
At KSM Group, quality is paramount, and quality is today an integral part of our factories - both in Denmark and Poland. Both factories are therefore ISO 9001:2015 certified, and in addition we work actively to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
All our work processes are characterized by a very high level of quality, and we have a strong focus on always having a uniform quality, which we achieve by having stable processes for each work step – from quotation, sales, production and to invoicing.
We want to be the best supplier for the customer in the delivery of complex processing.
In order to achieve the quality that is rooted in our day-to-day work, we also continuously focus on improvements – including staff training, development and prevention. Decisive parameters for quality assurance are quality awareness and closeness on the part of each and every employee.

As for all other companies and industries, we are also subject to increased customer requirements for documentation, which also contributes to our quality assurance.
In addition, we have our own measurement reports, but if you as a customer want a specific quality plan and measurement reports, we are ready to help.
